31. Finish scrapbook of my Niece for Keziah

Keziah is my sister-in-law and she gave birth to my niece in June. I wanted to do something special for her and my brother so I started making a scrapbook of all the pictures she would send me of Rayah. I have been working on this book off and on for about 4 months or so. I got really busy with school and didnt have time to finish it before Christmas break, so here I am two days before I leave for Colorado and finally finished. There were some ups and downs and it didnt turn out perfect but I think she's going to love it. Here are the pics of each page.

12.19.2008

I am just about finished making my sister in law's scrapbook. I am up to 18 pages and I think ill be making two or three more because there are still some cute pictures I want to include. I will be posting picture of it when I am finished as proof of my completion of yet another goal. So stay tuned!

In other news Kevin's mom let me open my Christmas gifts last night. They included:

-A $100 gift card to Target
-A very pretty ornament for my Christmas tree
-A really awesome chip and dip plate
-A very pretty and very warm pink and orange scarf
-$50 from grandpa along with two Paula Dean cookbooks that belonged to grandma *Mikes gonna LOVE this present*
-I was also given some jewelery that also once belonged to Kevin's Grandma
-Sliver bracelets
-Silver locket
And my absolute favorite...
-A gold cross with rubies *It is a replica of a necklace worn by First Lady Jacqueline Bouvier Kennedy. It came with a certificate of authenticity. Its beautiful!*

I am so incredibly fortunate to have such a loving "second" family. They treat me like a daughter and a granddaughter and I am truly grateful.

54. Sign up to be an Organ Donor

I did it! I seriously think this is something everyone should consider doing. Its incredibly easy and think about how many lives you can save. Even if you decide to only donate one organ that is still a life that is potentially saves from your selflessness. Think about it.

I have completed yet another goal.

70. Clean out music files

I dont know exactly how many I started out with but I am pretty sure it was somewhere around 5000 songs. After deleting the music I no longer listen to and getting rid of the duplicates I ended up with 3055 songs.

Now I need to get the music I want off Kevin's computer and put it on my iTunes.

Hopefully Ill get my iPod for Christmas so I can scratch off another of my goals!
